Jonathan Lee

With a strong foundation in physiotherapy and a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best, Jonathan Lee takes a calm, structured, and patient-centred approach to care. At Narrow Gate Physiotherapy, he is known for creating a supportive environment where clients feel encouraged, understood, and confident in their recovery journey.

Jonathan places a strong emphasis on understanding the root cause of each condition, recognising that lasting results come from more than just treating symptoms. Through detailed assessment and clear, practical communication, he develops tailored treatment plans that are both effective and easy for patients to follow in their day-to-day lives.

He has developed particular expertise in shoulder injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation, especially for ACL and other knee-related conditions. Jonathan has seen excellent outcomes in helping clients regain strength, stability, and confidence after injury or surgery, guiding them safely back to sport and activity.

Jonathan’s treatment style combines hands-on therapy, progressive exercise, and education. He is known for his ability to explain complex problems in a simple, actionable way, empowering his patients to take ownership of their recovery while feeling supported every step of the way.

As an active individual himself, Jonathan regularly participates in soccer, tennis, badminton, Oztag, running, and strength training in the gym. His involvement in a wide range of sports gives him a practical understanding of the physical demands placed on the body, allowing him to better relate to and support his patients’ goals.

Jonathan is also grounded in his faith, regularly attending church in Greenacre and striving to live this out through his work and interactions. His joyful and encouraging nature reflects his commitment to serving others with integrity, care, and excellence.
