PREMIUM MENTORING PROGRAM

We highly value the skillset of our team, and the continued progression of our collective knowledge.

Our collective knowledge includes:

2x Senior physiotherapists
1x Men’s health physiotherapist
Holistic and complex case management

Our Premium Mentoring Program consists of:

Weekly team meeting and soft skills education and practice
Fortnightly 2 hour hands on full team Professional Development practicals.
Fortnightly 1:1 mentoring sessions for individual case conference, practical and theory sessions.
Fortnightly career and life coaching sessions with clinic director, to make sure you’re happy and getting all the support you need.
3x Year, Culture Day, where we shut the clinic down and go to the pub for an amazing lunch and drinks, and to learn more about each other via educational presentations, and hang out as a team.
Annual Retreat. We get away for 2-3 days each year as a team so we can learn, plan and unwind.

Clinical Excellence

Most of our clinicians are aiming towards Titling or Specialisation. We teach, learn and help each other improve in clinic, in our experience and as humans.

Mentoring & Education

Mentoring is uncapped and provided from your first week at Narrow Gate Physio. You have a clinical mentor as well as a life and career coach to ensure that you are consciously designing where you want to go. The desire to teach and mentor is common among our senior clinicians. We are constantly building growth opportunities for our expanding team.

Leadership & Growth

We are cultivating leaders through our Culture Days and Annual Retreat. As a growing company, we need team members who are wanting to look further afield than their clinical load. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a clinician on our team, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality care to your patients. Your clinical reasoning, judgment, and expertise will be used to deliver care and a Recovery Plan to help clients get their life back.

You will be responsible for:

Independently managing a patient caseload including notes etc.
Openly communicating with any relevant parties (GPs, specialists, sports clubs, etc)
Participating in activities to attract and retain our valued clients (think gym talks, surgeon meetups)
Actively conducting regular staff CPD in services and practice-based non-clinical activities.

EXPECTATIONS

You will be measured against a set of Clinical Excellence Indicators, such as your PVA and client satisfaction.

You will be provided assistance and guidance so that you can be better tomorrow than you were yesterday in weekly mentoring.

You will also be excited about building something of significance and influence, passionate about developing deep relationships with patients and contributing to a culture of fun, excitement and community!

The selected candidate will be handsomely rewarded with well above-award salary (that is experience dependent), and a bunch of extra perks, such as our premium mentoring program, an extremely healthy commission, paid admin time and a chunky CPD budget (which we expect you to use), plus EPIC Christmas parties and regular team outings!

All applicants must have:

Completed a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Physiotherapy.

Current AHPRA registration

Maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance at all times.
